以碳粉为示踪剂采用脉冲响应法研究小米-豆粕复合挤压过程中操作参数以及物料配比对停留时间分布的影响。结果表明,平均停留时间在(46.88~95.44)s之间,泊特数Pe在19.01-45.01之间。提高套筒温度和物料水分,或降低喂料速度使平均停留时间延长、时间分布变宽,套筒温度对平均停留时间及其分布的影响最大。提高套筒温度、物料水分和螺杆转速,或降低喂料速度可以增加物料在挤压机内的混合程度。
Residence time distribution (RTD) of foxtail millet flour-soybean meal blend in co-rotating twin screw extruder was determined by a stimulus response technique using carbon powder as tracer. The results showed that mean residence time (MRT) was (46.88-95.44) s, and Peclet numbers (Pe) was 19.01-45.01. MRT and the spread of RTD increased with increasing barrel temperature, mass moisture content or decreasing feed rate. Barrel temperature was the most significant factor. The mixing degree of the blend in extruder increased with increasing barrel temperature, mass moisture content, screw speed or decreasing feed rate.
