摘要
分析了套环零件的冲压工艺,介绍了套环拉深级进模工艺计算、排样方案与结构设计。设计中充分运用CATIA参数化建模及工艺数据测取,有效缩短了设计人员工艺分析、计算时间。实践证明,模具结构可靠,产品质量稳定,对此类零件的模具设计有借鉴作用。
The stamping technique of a lantern ring was analyzed.A progressive drawing die for forming the part was developed and the process calculation,layout design and structure design of the die were introduced,in which CATIA parameterized modeling method and measurement of process data were applied.
