摘要
卡车纵梁前端的变截面设计可以优化安装结构,但变截面区域变形不均,回弹后产生翘曲和扭曲缺陷,严重影响车架质量。采用理论分析、数值模拟与试验相结合的方法,研究了纵梁端部的翘扭回弹问题,据此制定了弯曲回弹补偿方案,在生产中取得了良好的效果。
Design of a variable cross-section front end of a truck longeron can optimize the installation structure;however,it may lead to non-uniform deformation in the variable cross-section fields and defects like warping and twist distortion after springback.A compensation scheme for die was determined based on the integration of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experiments,which has solved the distortion problem.
