摘要
借助虚拟样机技术可以灵活构建柱塞泵三维模型,并能将部件间的实际运动副以及流体特性引入,从而能使柱塞泵的虚拟样机能模拟实际泵。搭建固液耦合、刚柔耦合的轴向柱塞泵虚拟样机模型,引入柱塞的有限元模型,对柱塞的应力应变进行仿真研究。仿真结果与柱塞泵的理论相符有助于柱塞泵结构改进和性能优先。
The 3D axial piston pump model was built based on virtual prototype technology (VPT).The actual kinematic pairs of the parts and fluid characters were introduced into the model,thus the virtual prototype of piston pump could work as a real pump.A solid-liquid and rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototype of axial piston pump with finite element model of piston was built.The stress and strain of piston were simulated.The simulation results accord with the theory and provide reference for structure improving and performance optimizing of axial piston pump.
