摘要
为了能够及时、有效地分析再制造产品的质量和可靠性,基于链式数据存储结构构建再制造链式可靠性分析知识库,在此基础上提出一种基于粗糙集和灰色关联的多因素权重系数RGWA方法定量分析故障发生概率,使计算步骤简化,结果更加合理。最后给出应用实例。
In order to analyze quality and reliability of remanufacturing product fast and effectively,chain data storage structure was applied to build the remanufacturing chain reliability analysis knowledge base.Multifactor weight coefficient algorithm based on rough set theory and gray association(RGWA) was proposed to compute the fault probability easily and fast and the results were more reasonable.An application was given to show the validity of the method.
