广州市中学生自伤行为与网络成瘾的相关性

Association between internet addiction and self-injurious behavior among middle school students in Guangzhou City

目的:调查广州在校中学生自伤行为(self-injurious behavior,SIB)与中网络成瘾的关系。方法:方便选取广州市城区完全中学一所,农村初中、高中各一所,抽取全体高一、二年级和初一、二年级在校学生为调查对象,收回有效问卷1618份,用自伤行为评价问卷和网络成瘾测试问卷(Internet Addiction Test,IAT)施测。结果:(1)263名(16.3%)学生表示在过去6个月内曾有过SIB,其中157名(9.7%)有过1～5次,73名(4.5%)有过6次或以上;(2)1392名(89.2%)学生为互联网的正常使用者,158名(10.2%)为中度网络成瘾者,10名(0.6%)为重度网络成瘾者。Logistic回归分析结果显示,网络中度和重度成瘾学生比正常使用学生有高达2倍的自伤几率(95%CI=1.1～3.7)。结论:广州市在校中学生的自伤行为可能较普遍,网络成瘾可能会增加发生自伤行为的风险。

Objective： To examine the association between intemet addiction and self-injurious behavior （ SIB ） among middle school students in Guangzhou City. Methods： In this population-based cross - sectional survey, three middle schools in Guangzhou City were selected by convenience sampling. Totally 1618 high school students aged 13 - 18 years were assessed with the Deliberate self-injurious behavior and Intemet Addiction Test Results： There were 263 （ 16. 3% ） participants who reported to have committed some form of SIB in the past 6 months, 73 （4. 5% ） committed SIB 6 times or more, and 157 （9.7%） committed SIB 1 -5 times. The majority of respondents were classified as normal users of the intemet （ n = 1392, 89. 2% ）, with 158 （ 10. 2% ） moderately and 10 {0. 6% ） severely addicted to the intemet After adjusting for potential confounders, the odds for SIB was two times （ OR = 2. 0, 95% C. I. = 1.1 ~ 3.7 ） for those who were classified as moderately and severely addicted to the intemet, compared to the normal group. Conclusion： Self-injurious behaviors are common in middle school students in Guangzhou City. Addiction to the intemet may increase the risk of self-injury in adolescents.
