高烟炱润滑油发动机台架试验冲洗油的研制

Development of Flush Oil for Engine Test with High Lubricating Oil Soot Loading

通过对高烟炱润滑油发动机试验参考冲洗油清净性、抗氧性、抗磨性、烟炱分散性进行考察,确定高烟炱润滑油发动机试验冲洗参考油各项性能,通过实验室模拟方法进行配方筛选,经试验证实,研制的高烟炱润滑油发动机台架试验冲洗油具有良好的清净性能、抗氧性能、烟炱分散性能,该油品可以满足高烟炱润滑油发动机台架试验的冲洗要求。

The reference flush oil for engine test with high lubricating oil soot loading was evaluated for its detergency,antioxidation performance,antiwear property and soot dispersancy performance.The formulas of the developed flush oil were screened by laboratory bench test methods.Compared with the reference flush oil,the developed flush oil shows good performances above-mentioned.The real engine washing test proved that the developed flush oil can meet the requirements of engine test with high lubricating oil soot loading.
