摘要
介绍了一种新型聚脲脂,具有优异的抗剪切性能,锥入度变化率在3%以内。这种聚脲脂是以矿物油为基础油、以异氰酸酯与脂肪胺和环烷胺合成的脲类化合物为稠化剂的润滑脂,并利用均匀设计优化其组分配比。另外,采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、DSC分析和SRV测试等多种分析手段对其进行了表征,说明此聚脲脂具有优异的抗氧化性能和润滑作用。
A new polyurea grease with excellent anti-shear performance was introduced,and the change rate of penetration was less than three percent.This polyurea grease was based on mineral oil,and the urea compounds as thickener were synthesized by isocyanate,aliphatic amine and naphthenic amine.The ratio of components was optimized by uniform design.In addition,the polyurea grease was characterized by such methods as infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),DSC analysis and SRV testing.It showed that the polyurea grease has excellent oxidation resistance and lubrication.
