摘要
广州某高层住宅小区原设计采用冲孔灌注桩基础,由于场地岩溶发育,桩基施工过程中出现多种困难影响施工进度,文中主要阐述针对此场地条件的基础方案优化设计,在岩溶发育区域改用复合地基加筏板基础形式,符合安全、科学的原则。
This paper discourse upon the foundation design optimization of a tall building located in the karst region in Guangzhou. In the optimization,the designer changes the design from pile foundation to mat foundation upon a composite foundation. This change makes the foundation design more safety and reasonable.
