传统唾液酸酶法与甲酚蓝唾液酸酶法诊断细菌性阴道病的对比研究

Comparative Study of Two Techniques for Diagnosis of Bacterial Vaginosis

比较传统的唾液酸酶测定法和改良的甲酚蓝唾液酸酶法对于细菌性阴道病的诊断价值。随机抽取妇科门诊37例病人标本,利用Nugent评分法进行确诊,使用经典的唾液酸酶测定法和改良的甲酚蓝唾液酸酶法进行检测,检测结果与Nugent评分法进行统计分析。37例患者中5例被诊断为细菌性阴道病,甲酚蓝唾液酸酶法的特异性、准确度、正确诊断指数高于传统唾液酸酶测定法,甲酚蓝唾液酸酶法的假阳性率低于传统唾液酸酶测定法。甲酚蓝唾液酸酶法操作快速、简便,结果容易判读,假阳性率低,准确度、灵敏度、特异性均符合临床要求,值得推广。

To compare the diagnostic value of traditional sialidase diagnostic method and improved cresylic blue sialidase rapid diagnostic method in bacterial vaginosis,total 37 gynecologic clinic out-patients samples were chosen randomly and detected by bacterial vaginosis improved cresylic blue sialidase rapid diagnostic method and traditional sialidase diagnostic method respectively,and then finally diagnosed by Gram Nugent.The results showed that 5 cases in total 37 samples were positive cases of bacterial vaginosis.The accuracy,specificity and the correct diagnosis index of improved cresylic blue sialidase rapid diagnostic method were higher than that of traditional sialidase diagnostic method,and the false positive rate of the former method was obviously lower than that of the latter one.The improved cresylic blue sialidase rapid diagnostic method is rapid,simple and meet clinical requirement,it might be widely used for diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis
