摘要
讨论了两条平行硅周期介质波导间的定向耦合效应,根据晶格移动时耦合长度的改变选择一个合适的耦合区域设计了一个可实现任意比例的功率分配器。功率分配比可从0∶1变到1∶0。并运用时域有限差分法模拟了器件的性能,结果表明在整个晶格移动过程中光信号的传输效率均在92%以上。
The directional coupling effect in parallel adjacent periodic dielectric waveguides (PDWs) is studied. According to the change of coupling length when shifting crystal lattice, a coupling region with a suitable length is chosen and a power splitter with arbitrary ratios is de- signed. The power splitting ratios could be turned from 0 : 1 to 1 : 0. The finite-difference timedomain method is used to simulate the performance of the device. As a result, for this power splitter, the transmission efficiency of optical signal is above 92% with the crystal lattice shifting.
