摘要 热镀铝锌镀层钢板(Galvalume)产品因性能优越而得到越来越广泛的使用,在使用中人们对Gal-valume产品的镀层质量也提出了更高的要求。镀层亮点缺陷是该产品的主要缺陷之一。针对亮点缺陷进行了分析并提出了一些改进建议。 The hot-dipped Galvalume steel plates with superior performance are more and more widely used. In the meanwhile, some higher demands for the coating quality of Galvalume are raised. Because the bright spot of coating is one of the main defects for Galvalume, the analysis on this defect was conducted, and some recommendations for improvement were also put forward.
