摘要
介绍了X射线衍射仪(XRD)的工作原理以及X射线衍射在岩石矿物学研究中的主要应用。指出X射线衍射在矿物的定性/定量分析中发挥着重要作用。
The working principle of X -ray diffraction （XRD） Instrument and the main applications of XRD in the petromineralogy research were presented. It was pointed out that XRD played an important role in the qualitative and quantitative analysis for minerals.
