归“0”与寻求最大值——关于高校档案开放利用的几点思考

Return to Zero and Search for Maximum Efficiency——Reflections on Opening Archives in Institutions of Higher Education

通过对学生档案、财务档案、学术档案三个案例的分析,探讨高等学校如何管理、开放、利用档案,才能发挥档案的最大效益,并且进一步指出,要想寻求档案开放利用效益的最大化,必须解决三个问题:一是要解决观念问题;二是要建立档案馆联盟;三是要注意文字档案与实物档案相对应。

In this paper,through the analysis of three respective cases concerning student files,financial records,and that of scientific research and academic archives,the author discusses how to manage,open access to the archives and make use of archives in institutions of higher education,so as to make full use of archives.The author goes on to propose that in order to seek for the maximum benefits of opening archives,we must solve three problems.First,we need to resolve the conception problem;second,we need to set up a union archive bureaus;third,we should be aware that the text must correspond with the files.
