摘要 以贯穿件构件为研究对象,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了其环焊缝多道焊温度场的有限元模型,采用双椭球热源模型,应用生死单元技术,利用ANSYS软件的APDL语言编写程序,实现了热源在环焊缝上的移动加载,模拟得到了贯穿件环焊缝多道焊焊接过程的瞬态温度场及各点的焊接热循环曲线.结果表明:模拟得到的温度场结果符合实际情况.多道焊温度场模拟方法能准确计算出其温度场,为以后研究贯穿件焊接过程的残余应力场数值模拟提供了依据. The temperature field of representative penetration assembly was investigated. The finite element model of the multi-pass welding with girth welds was built up using FEA software - ANSYS. A double ellipsoid heat source model was chosen, and the "birth and death" element method was applied to simulating the gradual "growth" of welding pass metal. APDL (ANSYS Parametric Design Language) program was compiled, and the heat source moving along girth welds was simulated. The transient temperature field in welding process of the component and the thermal cycle curves of the nodes were obtained. The simulated temperature field results agree well with the practical results. It is concluded that the multi-pass welding temperature field of the penetration assembly with girth welds can be simulated exactly with the method, and provide a basis for the numerical simulation of welding residual stresses of penetration assembly in the future.
