苏州居民和外来务工人员对医改认知现状及影响因素调查

Survey on awareness level of medical reform between Suzhou local residents and migrant workers and the influencing factors

目的了解苏州当地居民及外来务工人员对医改的认知程度及其影响因素,从而为相关部门完善医疗体制决策提供科学依据。方法采用单纯随机抽样调查的方法对苏州当地居民及外来务工人员进行调查。结果外来务工人员有40.86%、苏州当地居民有32.11%不知道我国现已推行新医改;外来务工人员中大多数关心的是医疗报销比例(占34.55%)和降低医药费用(占31.23%),而苏州当地居民大多数(占65.63%)更关心的是医疗报销比例;有62.79%的外来务工人员认为当前看病难的问题有所减轻,而46.20%的苏州当地居民认为当前看病难的问题并没有减轻;对于当前看病贵的认识,73.09%的外来务工人员以及73.80%的苏州当地居民仍持有看病贵的观点;对于药价,47.84%的外来务工人员和57.46%的苏州当地居民认为药价偏贵。是否参保及参保种类是被调查者对医改认知的影响因素。结论外来务工人员及苏州当地居民医改后的医疗情况存在较大差异,但在某些方面相同;苏州被调查人员对医改的认知程度与有无参保及参保种类密切相关。

Objective To investigate the awareness level of medical reform between Suzhou local residents and migrant workers and the influencing factors,so as to provide scientific basis to some relevant departments and improve the health care system.Methods Simple random sampling method was used to investigate the Suzhou local residents and migrant workers.Results 40.86% of migrant workers and 32.11% of Suzhou local residents did not know China was implementing new medical reform.Most of migrant workers were concerned about the proportion of medical compensation（34.55%） and reduction of medical costs（31.23%）,while 65.63% of local residents in Suzhou cared about the proportion of medical compensation.62.79% of the migrant workers considered that the current medical treatment problem has alleviated a little,while 46.20% of the Suzhou local residents thought that the current medical treatment problem hasn＇t alleviated;for the current medical care,73.09% of the migrant workers and 73.80% of the Suzhou local residents thought it was still expensive;for drug prices,47.84% of the migrant workers and 57.46% of the Suzhou local residents considered drug prices as expensive.Conclusion There is a big difference between migrant workers and local residents in Suzhou medical condition after the medical reform,but some ways they are the same;the awareness level of medical reform of the investigated officers in Suzhou is closely related to insurance and the species of insurance.
