论述了地震保险中所涉及的一些有关问题，并提出了一些见解，包括：地震保险列独立险种还是附加险、地震保险是政策性业务还是商业性业务、地震保险是强制保险还是自愿保险、如何经营地震保险。
Abstract In this paper,the authors discuss some problems related to earthquake insurance,and put forward their ideas on the problems,including:should earthquake insurance be independent insurance or appendant insurance?Should earthquake insurance be political business or comercial business?Should earthquake insurance be taken out voluntarily or in a mandatory way? How to Manage earthquake insurance?
