摘要 报道了真核红藻—龙须菜的藻红蛋白亚基基因的部分序列,位于β亚基的近碳端、α亚基的近氮端,包括β亚基部分309个核苷酸,α亚基部分162个核苷酸,还有间隔部分55个核苷酸,可编码β近碳端的102个氨基酸和α近氮端的54个氨基酸,并与目前已知的相应序列做了比较。该序列与已知红藻PE亚基基因相应部分的相似性为77.9%到81.1%。对应的氨基酸序列的相似性为79.5%到86.5%,蛋白质序列的保守性高于核苷酸序列。 Partial sequence of the subunit gene of phycoerythrin(PE) of an eukaryotic red alga- Gracilaria lemaneiformis (G.L) is reported. The sequence, which codes for 102 amino acids of β subunit and 55 amino acids of α subunit, contains 309 nucleotides near the carbon end of β subunit, 162 nucleotides near the nitrogen end of α subunit and 55 nucleotides of spacer. By aligning 526 nucleotides sequenced with known eukaryotic red algae PE gene, Rhodella violacea (R.V), Polysiphonia boldii (P.B) and Aglaothamnion neglectum (A.neg), high level of conservation can be seen, with similarities of 77.9%(between G.L and R.V), 78.1%(between G.L and A.neg) and 81.1%(between G.L and P.B) respectively. But little similarity is shown between spacers either from the length or from the nucleotide sequence. The similarity of deduced amino acid is 84.0% (between G.L and R.V), 86.5% (between G.L and P.B) and 79.5% (between A.neg and G.L) respectively.
