左束支传导阻滞患者QRS离散度与左室射血分数的相关性

67例左束支传导阻滞患者按心功能分为A组(心功能正常及NYHA1-2级者)和B组(NYHA2级以上者),双变量相关分析显示左室射血分数(LVEF)与QRS离散度(QRSD)、QRS波时限均呈负相关(r=-0.748,-0.425,P均<0.001),多元逐步回归显示QRSD是预测LVEF减退的有效因子(β=-22.643,P<0.001)。结论 :QRSD可能是预测LBBB时LVEF的指标。
