摘要
从再生骨料特性及对道路材料影响分析出发,通过再生骨料磨耗、含水机理分析,研究再生骨料旧水泥砂浆含量和含水率对再生道路材料的影响,从而提出道路施工相关规范中添加磨耗值、含水率控制的必要性。研究结果表明:再生骨料在切削、磨损、撕裂3种机理综合作用下,磨耗值远远大于天然骨料,并在一定程度上反映了再生骨料中废水泥砂浆的含量;"蓄水池"效应的存在导致再生骨料具有一定含水率,会影响再生道路材料混合料的拌和用水量,并在一定程度上影响混合料的最佳含水量;道路材料中骨料的选择应对再生骨料磨耗值、含水率作出规范。
Recycled road materials are generally defined as the materials prepared to back for the road project,which made from recycled concrete aggregate(RCA) through strengthen process.The materials necessity of restraining recycled aggregates in recycled road materials and content of the old cement,moisture content of RCA and their affection on road materials were researched.The results show that: wear value of recycled aggregate is much larger than the natural aggregate's value because of general role of cutting,wear,tear,and it to some extent in response to the recycled aggregate content of waste cement mortar.As a result of "Reservoir" effect,recycled aggregate have some water,which can affect mixing water consumption of mixture of renewable road materials,to some extent,it can affect the optimum moisture content of mixture of renewable road materials.It is necessary to restrain the wear value and moisture content of recycled aggregate in choosing recycled aggregates as road materials.1 tab,5 figs,8 refs.
