高速公路网的交通信息分类及发布技术

Classing and publishing of traffic information in expressway net

为了提高高速公路信息发布的效力,针对交通运输活动,通过出行过程机理分析的方法,从应用需求及信息表达特征的角度,对交通信息进行了分类;通过策略性的信息发布来优化高速公路交通流形态。分析结果表明:出行者可能遇到的每一种场景的信息需求不同,确定了在不同场景内应该提供的交通信息,以及在高速公路网内综合运用信息发布手段的策略,信息发布效力得到提升;通过该策略的实施,可使出行者在遇到交通事件后,能根据发布的动态交通信息改变出行计划,动态调整出行者对交通资源的需求。

In order to improve the efficiency of information publishing and optimize traffic shape on expressway by publishing traffic information,this paper classed traffic information in expressway net and provided strategies of how to use information publishing method.Aiming at transportation transactions,by the method of analyzing travel factual procedure,at the standpoints of application requirement and characteristics of information expression,this paper sorted all traffic information and analyzed information requirement of each scene that traveler might meet.The results show that： traffic information should be provided with the strategies different;the traveler can change travel plan according to dynamic traffic information and the requirement to transportation resource is dynamic adjusted while travelers suffering traffic incident.7 tabs,7 refs.
