西部地区城市土地集约利用

Research on urban land intensive use in western area

针对西部地区经济社会发展对建设用地的大量需求与建设用地供给不足的矛盾,以及土地利用受到脆弱的生态环境制约的问题,选取了西部地区84个地级以上城市,采用主成分分析法对城市土地集约利用水平进行了评价研究,重点分析了与各主成分有较大相关性的指标与城市土地集约利用的关系,剖析了其对西部地区城市土地集约利用的影响程度。根据研究结果,提出了加强西部地区城市土地集约利用的对策。

Since the implementation of western development policy,the western region economic and social development has undergone earth-shaking changes.Currently,the contradiction between the economic and social demand and supply of construction land is obvious.In addition,the urban land use is constrained by vulnerable ecological environment.In this special condition,it is of great significance to make research on the urban land intensive use in western area.Based on the above,Firstly,this paper took 84 prefectural-level and above cities as examples,made research on urban land intensive use level by using the principal component analysis;Secondly,analyzed influencing factors of urban land intensive use more systematically;Finally,several effective measures and suggestions were put forward to strengthen the urban land intensive use according to correlative research results.3 tabs,2 figs,11 refs.
