摘要
目的观察高原地区消化性溃疡患者血清一氧化氮(NO)含量和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性的变化。方法在海拔2 260 m的西宁地区选择了35例胃溃疡和28例十二指肠溃疡患者进行血清NO含量和NOS活性测定,并与同一条件下的50名健康人作对照比较。结果与对照组[NO:(65.5±8.1)U/mL,NOS:(30.5±4.4)μmol/L]比较,胃溃疡组[NO:(54.2±9.3)U/mL,NOS:(24.6±4.2)μmol/L]和十二指肠溃疡组[NO:(53.7±8.7)U/mL,NOS:(24.0±4.9)μmol/L]血清NO含量和NOS活性显著降低(P<0.01);而胃溃疡组和十二指肠溃疡组相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);结论在高原地区消化性溃疡的发生、发展可能与血清NO和NOS水平有关。
Objective To observe the change of nitrogen monoxidum(NO) level and nitrogen monoxidum synthase(NOS) activity in patients with peptic ulcer in high altitude region.Methods The NO level and NOS activity in the sera of 35 patients with gastric ulcer and 28 patients with duodenal ulcer were measured and compared with 50 healthy subjects as controls in Xining(2 260 m altitude).Results Compared with the controls[NO:(65.5±8.1)U/mL,NOS:(30.5±4.4)μmol/L],the NO level and NOS activity decreased significantly in gastric ulcer patients[NO:(54.2±9.3)U/mL,NOS:(24.6±4.2) μmol/L] and duodenal ulcer patients [NO:(53.7±8.7)U/mL,NOS:(24.0±4.9) μmol/L](P0.01).There was no statistical significance between the results of gastric ulcer patients and duodenal ulcer patients(P0.05).Conclusions There may exist the relationship between the serum levels of NO and NOS and the occurrence and development of peptic ulcer in high altitude region.
