天津市50家医院血清肌酐、尿微量白蛋白的检测现况研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过对天津市血清肌酐(SCr)、尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)的检测现况进行调研,了解其检测系统存在的问题,使2项指标检测规范化。方法对天津市50家医院进行现场问卷调查及电话咨询;使用SPSS统计软件对数据进行处理分析。结果天津市各医院SCr和尿mAlb检测系统复杂、方法繁多导致检测数值有很大差异,且参考区间制定不规范导致其波动范围很大。结论建议规范SCr、尿mAlb检测系统及质控的管理,实现不同检测系统间检测结果的可比性,保证实验室检测质量。
