摘要
随着酒店业的发展,薪酬管理已成为酒店企业管理核心内容之一。其不仅涉及酒店经济效益,而且关系到酒店员工切身利益,与酒店发展联系在一起。所以,改造酒店薪酬管理体系、建立合理薪酬管理体系,是酒店急需解决的问题。通过对酒店薪酬管理体系现状的描述,提出其中存在的薪酬管理体系缺乏竞争力,薪酬结构不合理等问题,最后提出树立全新酒店薪酬管理新理念,制定明确的薪酬管理目标以及使用个性化薪酬制度等对策,从而有助于指导酒店业的发展。
With the development of the hotel industry,remuneration management has become one of the cores of hotel business management.It has a close relationship with not only economic effectiveness of hotels,but also the interests of the hotel staff.Therefore,it is urgent to rebuild the hotel remuneration management system.With the description of the status quo of the hotel remuneration system,this paper poses the exiting problems like lack of competency in remuneration management system,unreasonable remuneration structure,and gives the countermeasures of building new idea and specific target for remuneration management,using individual remuneration management institution and so on,hoping to give the guidance for the development of the hotel industry.
