Li_(3x)La_(2/3-x)TiO_3的制备及其性能的研究

摘要 采用高温固相法(1150℃),分别制得x=0.05、0.11、0.15的系列钙钛矿型锂快离子导体陶瓷材料Li3xLa2/3-xTiO(3以下简称LLTO).应用X射线粉末衍射法对产物的结构和纯度予以表征,结果表明为钙钛矿型结构,其纯度随研磨时间和焙烧时间的增加而提高.将系列产物研磨、压片成型后应用于pH传感器,对水溶液中的氢离子浓度进行检测并比较其响应灵敏度,结果表明灵敏度随LLTO纯度的提高而增大. The compounds belonging to the Li3xLa2/3-xTiO3 (LLTO)for x=0.05,0.11 and 0.15 were synthesized by solid statechemistry from stoichiometric amounts of Lanthanum Oxide,Titanium Oxide and Lithium Carbonate. The structure and purity of theproducts were analyzed by X-ray diffraction,and the result of perovskite structure was shown. The purity of LLTO was increasedwith the increase of fired time. The products were ground and molded to pellet. The lithium lanthanum titanate(LLTO)was studiedas a sensitive element for detecting the pH variation in aqueous solution when used as a potentiometric sensor,and the comparisonwith the pH sensitivity of series Li3xLa2/3-xTiO3 (LLTO) also showed that the pH sensitivity of the LLTO was increased with theincrease of the purity of LLTO by comparison.
