The technology of the server virtualization is an emerging and revolutionary technology. While bringing benefits tousers,it also brings some security problems to complex application environments. In order to solve these problems,the followingmeasures need to be adopted. The first consideration is firewall virtualization and the necessary safety measures taken on virtualdevices,and the second is to use fault-tolerant servers and fault-tolerant software,and the next point is that physical environmentand virtual environment should adopt the same management platform so that the security components of the virtual and physicalcomponents share the same characteristics,the last is to use the set of tools that can meet different functional requirements,and topatch the virtual machine timely and keep daily maintenance.
