学校道德教育的最高目的是促使学生个性的健康发展,这也是德育本身固有的规律。职校的德育应从市场经济的要求出发,潜心研究学生个性发展的规律,注重对学生的个性培养与个性发展,加强教育的针对性,为学生未来能更好地适应社会发展起重要作用。本文针对职校学生实际,分别阐述了思想政治教育与人的个性培养的关系,指出了德育是培养学生个性发展的重要途径。

Moral education in vocational schools should start from the requirements of market economy, proceeding painstaking research the law of personality development of students, focusing on the students＇ personality development, strengthening the relevance of education, tareted for students to better adapt to the social development in the future. This paper, in terms of the facts of vocational school students, expounds the relationship between the ideological and political education and personality development, pointing out that the moral education is an important way to develop students＇personality.
