摘要
从负摩阻力的定义出发，以某工程为实例，确定了中性点的位置，其结果与规范取值相符合，并分析了该工程中负摩阻力的影响。
According to the definition of negative skin resistance the
position of neutral point is determined based on a project, its result is in accord with one given in
the code. The influence of negative skin friction is also analyzed.
