摘要
介绍了DDE技术的基本原理,研究了一种基于DDE技术的数控机床远程诊断方法,在局域网内实现远程计算机与西门子840D数控系统的通讯,能实时读取来自机床数控系统的各种信息,实现了对多台数控机床的集中管理和实时监视,解决了传统控制无法实现集中管理的问题。
This paper introduced the principle of DDE Technology and discussed a machine tool remote diagnosis method based on DDE technology. It realized the communication between the remote computer and the Siemens Sinumerik 840D CNC controller by Intranet. By accessing data from machine tools, it realized centralization and real-time diagnosis of multi machine tools.
