摘要
对丝锥齿部拉毛的现象从刀具基体材料,热处理硬度和金相组织、刀具加工方式等方面进行了分析。通过试验证实,严格控制基体材料,完善热处理工艺,优化刀具加工方式能有效避免此类现象的发生。涂层是一种新的提高丝锥表面硬度的有效手段,通过丝锥表面的涂层强化处理,可提高丝锥的抗磨损性能,减少齿部拉毛现象的产生。
This paper analysis the tap teeth abrasion from the materials of the cutter matrix, heat treatment and Metallographic structure of the cutters, machining style of the cutters, etc. The experiments demonstrate that strict control the matrix materials, improve heat treatment process, optimize the machining style can effectively prevent the occurrence of such phenomena. Coating is a new effective method to increase the surface hardness of taps; through the coating enhanced treatment can effectively improve the tap antiwear performance and reduce production of the phenomenon of tooth abrasion.
