摘要
分别以磷酸和硝酸作为分解酸,进行了节酸磷肥的试验和复合肥造粒装置转产节酸磷肥的研究。结果表明,以磷酸和硝酸为分解酸,均可得到较好的矿粉分解率,所得节酸磷肥的有效磷及总磷含量适当,分解物的粘接、固化性能良好,且可利用复合肥造粒装置进行生产。
Separately taking the phosphoric acid and nitric acid as the decomposition acid, author has made the test for the acid- saving phosphor fertilizer and has made the study on device transferring from compound fertilizer prilling to the acid-saving phosphor fertilizer prilling. Result indicates that taking the phosphoric acid and nitric acid as the decomposition acid, can all obtain better decomposition rate of ore powder, the effective phosphor and the total phosphor content obtained from acid-saving phosphor fertilizer are suitable, the properties of both the viscosity and solidification are very good, moreover the compound fertilizer prilling device can be used to produce them.
