简述了防止储罐内部发生超压事故的技术措施;介绍了美国石油化工协会标准——API中关于储罐遭遇火焰时必须紧急泄放相应气量的计算方法;阐述了目前国内外普遍采用的紧急泄放装置的结构形式和选用方法;以实例计算了储罐顶部紧急泄放人孔的规格尺寸和数量。
Author has briefly described the technical measures for protecting occurrence of super-pressure accident inside storage tank ; has introduced the calculating method stipulated in API standard, when the tank suffered the fire, appropriate gas quantity must be urgently released from the tank ; has described the structure type and the selection method of the emergency releasing device, which were commonly used abroad and at home at present time ; the specified dimensions and the quantity for the emergency releasing manbole located at the top of the tank have been calculated in a actual example.
