From the standpoint of the construction of Kashi new city subject culture,the thesis discussed the cultural connotation and times significance of Kashi settlement,combining with the uniqueness of Kashi settlement,detailed introduced the significance and value of Kashi settlement to the construction of Kashi new city＇s cultural connotation,developmental orientation,urban image,the construction of architectural language and the construction of street patterns,which provides guide for developmental planning of Kashi new city.
