摘要
针对汶川大地震的发生原因和造成的经济损失,结合工程建设和设计方面知识给出在场地选择、抗震设防、鉴定加固、抗震技术和科技投入等几方面的建议,从而为今后工程设计和研究积累经验。
In light of causes and economic losses of the earthquake in Wenchuan,combined with knowledge of engineering construction and design, it proposes some proposals from the aspects of site selection,seismic fortification,identification strengthening,seismic technology and science and technology investment and other aspects,which accumulates experience for future engineering design and research.
