摘要
以某医院改造工程进度为例,在资源约束条件下利用关键链项目管理方法确定建筑工程项目的关键链,并用根方差计算项目缓冲区值,根据实例说明应用关键链方法可以有效地控制项目进度。
The passage takes one hospital＇s reconstruction for example,use CCPM to determine construction projects＇ key chain under resource constraints,and calculated with the fluctuating value of the project buffer,according to examples of application of CCPM can effectively control project progress.
