The paper analyzes the data related to the architectural energy-saving in Hangzhou region and the current situation for the architectural energy-saving design,explores the reform of the unqualified architectural energy-saving part and the architectural energy-saving design for newly-built buildings,and points out that the architecture energy-saving can not only save the resources,but also improve the economic benefits,so it is meaningful.
