The paper introduces the content of the costs control of the program,and the pricinples and measures for the program costs,analyzes some problems in the costs control of the construction program,and illustrates the measures and strategies,including beforehand control,control in process and control afterwards,so as to reduce the costs and improve the economic benefits.
