The Impact of Total Paeony Glycoside on Experimental Gastric Ulcer in Rat Model

目的:研究赤芍总苷对幽门结扎型胃溃疡模型大鼠胃液分泌及血清生化指标的影响,以揭示其作用机制。方法:采用幽门结扎法制备大鼠胃溃疡模型,收集动物胃液,测定胃液体积、总酸度及胃蛋白酶活性;测量大鼠血清中一氧化氮(NO)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:赤芍总苷能抑制幽门结扎型胃溃疡大鼠胃液量、总酸度及胃蛋白酶活性,且能显著增加其血清中NO含量和SOD活性,降低MDA含量。结论:赤芍总苷抗幽门结扎型胃溃疡的作用机理可能是通过促进防御因子,提高机体抗氧化能力实现的。

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of total paeony glycoside on secretion of gastric juice and serum biochemical indexes for ulcer model in rat,and to reveal the mechanism.Method：Rat gastric ulcer model was established by pyloric ligation,and gastric juice was collected for rats in all groups.The gastric juice volume,total acidity and the activity of pepsin were measured.Nitric oxide（NO） content,superoxide dismutase（SOD） activity and malondialdehyde（MDA） content in rat serum were determined.Result：Total paeony glycoside could inhibit the gastric juice volume,total acidity,the activity of pepsin in the rat model.Furthermore it could significantly increase NO content and SOD activity,and reduce the MDA content in rat serum.Conclusion：The anti-gastric ulcer mechanism of total paeony glycoside is likely achieved by promoting defense factors,and improving the bodys antioxidant capacity.
