HBV感染胎盘乳腺癌耐药蛋白的表达及意义 被引量:1

Expression and siginificance of Breast cancer resist protein in placenta of patients with HBV infection

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌耐药蛋白在HBV感染胎盘组织中的表达及其意义。方法选取HBV感染足月胎盘20例;选择无HBV感染足月胎盘20例作为正常对照组。实时荧光定量RT-PCR分别检测两组胎盘中ABCG2mRNA的表达。蛋白免疫印迹法分别检测两组胎盘中乳腺癌耐药蛋白的表达。结果各组荧光定量PCR检测ABCG2 mRNA的相对表达量为乙肝组(0.424±0.358),正常组(0.144±0.116),两组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.005)。蛋白免疫印迹法检测乳腺癌耐药蛋白表达量为乙肝组(0.4250±0.3106),正常组(0.1129±0.1045),两组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.001)。结论乳腺癌耐药蛋白在HBV感染胎盘组织中表达的升高,可能与乙型肝炎病毒感染有关。 Objective : To determine the expression of Breast cancer resistance protein in full - term placentas from uninfected ( n = 20) and HBV infected women (n = 20). Methods: ABCG2mRNA transcripts were quantified by real -time PCR using relative determinations. Expression of Breast cancer resistance protein were determined by western blotting. Results: Relative quantification showed a significant ( P 〈 0. 005 ) increase in ABCG2mRNA transcription in HBV -infected women compared to non - infected women, respectively. Western blotting showed a significant ( P 〈 0. 001 ) increase in the expression of Breast cancer resistance protein. Conclusion: The increase expression of ABCG2mRNA and Breast cancer resistance protein in placenta maybe related to HBV infection.
