HCG注射日血清E_2、P、LH及子宫内膜厚度对IUI妊娠率的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨HCG注射日血清雌二醇(E_2),孕酮(P),促黄体生成素(LH)水平及子宫内膜厚度对IUI妊娠率的影响。方法将66例接受IUI治疗的患者分为妊娠组和未妊娠组,回顾分析其注射HCG日E_2,P,LH的水平及内膜厚度,并对妊娠组的E_2和子宫内膜厚度进行相关性分析。结果妊娠组与未妊娠组HCG注射日血清E_2水平及内膜厚度均有显著性差异(P<0.05),当P≤2.86ng/ml时妊娠率显著高于P>2.86(P<0.05);妊娠组E_2与内膜厚度呈正相关性。结论 HCG注射日E_2、P、子宫内膜厚度对IUI的妊娠率有重要影响,E_2对子宫内膜厚度有重要影响。
