For LPG pipeline,there is a economy-critic transmission capacity, which is mainly defined by ton-kilometer price, and there is an economy-optimum velocity according to relative ratio of price of steel pipes and power cost. This paper gives an analysis of both problems and calculation methods and formulae of them.
