摘要
共轨管在共轨喷油系统中承担着建立喷油压力的任务,直接影响整个系统的性能。本文结合共轨管的结构特点和工作原理,利用AMESim软件建立合理的共轨管的仿真模型,分析了共轨管的结构对喷油压力的影响,为系统的优化设计提供了理论依据。
In the common rail injection system,injection pressure is created in the common-rail.The performance of the entire system has been affected common-rail.In this work,the reasonable simulation model of injector is established by the AMESim software,according to the structure and the working principle of common rail.The influence of pressure fluctuation of high pressure common rail system on structure of common-rail is analyzed.It provides the theoretical foundation for the optimization design of injecting system.
