摘要
介绍了1881巨胎液压硫化机的基本结构和工作原理,结合传统的应变电测法,提出了具体实施方案,对其合模机构进行了合模应力测试。测试结果表明:由于加工误差,各合模杆在0°与180°位置的应力相差较大,但整个合模机构能够安全承载,满足实际工作要求。根据应力测试分析的结果及试制过程合模机构出现断裂的情况,提出了在合模机构上安装实时监控系统的方案,并付诸应用;取得了较好地效果,进一步提高了该硫化机的安全性和可靠性。
This paper introduced the basic structure and working principle for the 188-inch giant-tire hydraulic vulcanizing machine,combining to the traditional strain electric testing method,the concrete implementation plan was given,and the matched molds stress test for the mode-locking structure of vulcanizer was conducted.Test results showed that,due to processing errors,it caused larger stress difference between in the zero degree position and one hundred eighty degree position for every mode-locking rod,but the entire mode-locking structure was loaded safely,satisfied the actual work requirement.According to the results of the analysis of stress test and fracture phenomena happened to mode-locking structure at the process of the vulcanization machine trial production,a plan of installing real-time monitoring system in mode-locking structure was proposed and was employed;it achieved a better effect and further improved the reliability and safety for the vulcanizer.
