摘要
以聚合度为6～8的壳寡糖为主要原料,辅以壳聚糖、低聚木糖、牛磺酸和富硒酵母,研制出壳寡糖保健胶囊。经安全性毒理学评价表明壳寡糖胶囊安全无毒;经功能评价表明壳寡糖胶囊具有增强免疫力的功能;经卫生学/稳定性评价表明壳寡糖胶囊理化指标、微生物指标稳定。
The major material was chitooligosaccharide which the polymerization rat was 6 ～8.And added chitosan,xylo-oligosaccharide,taurine and selenium-enriched yeast which could enhance the function of immune to the chitooligosaccharide capsule.chitooligosaccharide capsule is safe through toxicological assessment on safety.chitooligosaccharide capsule is through functional assessment.The physicochemical and microbial index of chitooligosaccharide capsule are steady through physicochemical and stability assessment.
