上海金茂大厦是当前世界上排名第三高度的大楼，仅用４年时间基本建成。由于上海地区属软土地基，因此金茂大厦的建造有着相当高的难度，这里着重介绍该工程基坑支护体系、大体积基础混凝土施工、模板施工技术、混凝土泵送技术、钢结构吊装施工、总承包管理与立体流水作业。

The Jinmao Tall Building in Shanghai is the 3rd high building in the world at present and its construction was completed in only 4 years. This building is situated on soft soil, therefore its construction has rather great difficulty. This article describes its supporting system for foundation pit, the construction of foundation with mass concrete, technology for installing formwork; concrete pumping technology, lifting and installing of steel structure, contract management and three dimensional flow operation.
