芦荟干粉中灰分含量探讨 被引量:1

摘要 芦荟干粉按加工方法不同分为芦荟喷雾干燥粉、芦荟冷冻干燥粉和芦荟烘干粉,按成分可以分为全叶干粉、凝胶干粉和药材粉。灰分能反映芦荟制品中无机盐含量,反映制品的加工精度和品质,是制品质量控制的重要指标。将各种芦荟干粉的灰分指标进行检测分析,发现不同成分的芦荟干粉,其所含灰分明显不同,灰分结果可以作为芦荟干粉质量判定,以及鉴定是否添加麦芽糊精等辅料打下基础。 The aloe is one perennial herb of the lily branch.The aloe dried powders divide into aloe spray drying powder,aloe freeze-drying powder and the aloe drying powder according to the dry processing method.Also they may divide into whole leaf powders,gel dried powders and herbal powders according to the ingredient.The ash refers to the inorganic substance which is the product after high temperature ignition leaves behind.The ash content may appraise the product of the working accuracy and the product quality,So it is an important indicator of product quality control.In this paper,many aloe dried powders were analysized carefully in accordance with the national ash examination standard to examine ash content.The results showed that different aloe dried powders had obviously different ash content,which can be adopt to determine the quality of aloe powders,as well as the identification of whether or not to add excipients such as maltodextrin to lay the groundwork.
