摘要
目的:建立乳中舒巴坦残留的快速检测方法。方法:通过在样品中添加3.0 U/mLβ-内酰胺酶和0.5μg/mL青霉素G,与对照样品(10%脱脂乳中添加等量的β-内酰胺酶和青霉素G)间抑菌圈直径数值的差异显著性测定样品中舒巴坦含量。结果:该方法的最低检出限为0.25μg/mL。结论:该方法可用于乳中β-内酰胺酶抑制剂的检测。
Objective: To establish a rapid determination method for sulbactam residue in milk.Methods: Sulbactam residue in milk was determined by inhibitiory zone difference between sample(3.0 U/mL lactamase and 0.5 μg/mL penicillium G) and control(10% skim milk containing 3.0 U/mL lactamase and 0.5 μg/mL penicillium G.Results: Detection limit of sulbactam residue in milk was 0.25 μg/mL.Conclusion: Established microbial inhibition method is situble for detecting sulbactam residue in milk.
