基于国民生产总值的经济结构调整

The Adjustment of Economic Structure Based on the Gross Domestic Product

国民生产总值是反映经济增长状况的指标,由此反映经济结构状况的指标就是基于国民生产总值的经济结构。从国民生产总值这个范畴出发,经济结构包括三个方面的内容:一是国民生产总值的支出结构,即消费、投资、出口之间的结构,以及消费、投资、出口自身的内部结构;二是国民生产总值的生产结构,即各个产业之间的结构及产业内部的行业结构;三是国民生产总值的收入结构,即国民收入分配结构,表现为国家财政收入、企业利润及居民个人收入之间的结构。所以,基于国民生产总值的经济结构调整,就是指上述三个方面的经济结构调整。对之作深入的分析,并提出相应的政策和体制建议,对中国的改革与发展具有重要意义。

GDP reflects the social economic growth, so the economic structure based on the gross domestic product is a signal of the situation of economic structure. From this point, economic structure has three aspects： 1. the expenditure component of gross domestic product, such as the structure of the consumption, investment and export and their inner structure; 2. the production structure of the gross domestic product, that is the structure of each industry and their relationship; 3. the income component of the gross domestic product, that is the distribution structure of the gross domestic product, showed as the national government revenue, the profits of enterprises and the income of resident. This paper has a in-depth analysis to the distribution structure of the gross domestic product and propose some policies and suggestions.
