汽车装配工人局部活动肌肉的肌电特征 被引量:3

摘要 目的利用表面肌电(sEMG)技术分析汽车装配工人作业过程中局部活动肌肉的肌电信号特征,探索作业相关肌肉骨骼疾患(MSD)的成因。方法以某汽车厂总装线6名男性工人为研究对象,选取气动扳手紧固螺栓作业作为参照测试动作,采用便携式肌电图仪测量分析肩部和腕部控制肌群的sEMG信号。结果装配操作属轻度负荷劳动,作业中被测肌群肌电振幅均方根(RMS)和中位频率(MF)均未表现出明显变化;但肩部的肌电信号分析指标MF变化表现出一致性(r=0.902,P<0.05),呈现先上升后下降趋势。结论汽车装配作业过程中,长时间反复从事气动扳手紧固螺栓作业易造成肩部肌肉发生疲劳。 Objective To analyze the electromyographic signal of local active muscle in automobile assembly workers with surface electromyography (sEMG),in order to explore the causes of musculoskeletal disorders (MSD).Methods Six male workers in automobile assembly department were selected.The operation of pneumatic wrench fastening bolt was selected as the referenced action.sEMG signals of shoulder and wrist muscle groups were recorded with a mobile electromyologram.Results The assembly operation was a work of light loading.During working-time,there were no significant changes in root mean squares (RMS) and median frequence (MF) on the tested muscle groups.The time course curves of MF on shoulder muscles revealed the similar tendency(r=0.902,P0.05),which was increased first,and then decreased.Conclusion During working-time,the fatigability of shoulder muscles increased significantly.
